не сложно, как заметил многие расшифровки сам нашел, эту не смог
27A0 - E-box ventilator : Final Stage
это ошибка какого вентилятора? обдува блока где все электронные блоки?
P3227 E-Box Control Circuit Fan Low Input
это из той же оперы? не крутится он получается под замену? или обрыв проводки?

Мало вероятно что проводка (все в одной коробочке находится), проводку легко прозвонить, wds чуть по выше.

кондей не заправлен, может из-за этого?

Нет, он управляется блоком дме.

edd15, ты для начала проверь преды которые находятся в том же отсеке для электроники что и вентилятор.
