There is a book for sale, BMW 5 series e39 Service Manual, I need to buy it. Therefore I have to ask you: do you make delivery to Turkmenistan (city Turkmenbashy), if yes, how much will this book cost me in total (including delivery and others), and is there any chance to make payment (100% prepayment if needed) other than using cards and etc., since we don't use much of all this 21 century banking tech stuff here, only possible way to pay for me is using Western Union, and if this is also possible what guarantees do I have after make 100% prepayment.

Unfortunately, Turkmenistan is not amongst the countries that Amazon allows Marketplace sellers to ship books. I am sorry that we are not able to get you this book through Amazon.

Все пишут доставка ворлдвайд, а как доходит до конкретной задачи, анфорчунейтли...)))

С Амазоном возможно все проще- они стремаются пользоваться western union, возможно это не рекомендуется их внутренними политиками. Тем более очень многие через paypal сейчас работают или через кредитку.
К тому же для квоты на доставку имеет смысл предоставлять почтовый код, иначе малопонятные американцу названия "не пробиваются" или он просто ошибается при вбивании названия города в свою форму.
