может это надо проверить в кодировании CIC?
Had to also activate the following:
TI_TMC_REGIONAL > aktiv (Think this is purely just regional, might not pertain to some)
TI_VINFO > aktiv (gives you the option to show Traffic Info, important!)
NAVI_TRAFFIC_INFO_MAP > aktiv (gets you the grey condition maps if you choose)
